The Ruoff Group shared a rather insightful post last week discussing Medicaid expansion for South Carolina, is it saving or costing us? This has been a heated issue since the ACA passed earlier this summer. Ruoff explains the breakdown and meaning of costs and savings for the state. Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) it could cost South Carolina $1.085 billion or save us somewhere between $59 million and $679 million.
