Their services are only offered to those who do not have Medicaid, Medicare, private health insurance or VA benefits.  They are open on Tuesday and Thursday when patient registration begins at 10:00 am and on Wednesday when registration begins at 9:00 am. The clinic opens at 11:30 am.

They offer primary medical attention as well as OB/GYN, orthopedic, psychological, surgical, and dermatological services.  They are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-4:30pm and Thursdays 1pm-9pm. New patient registration is 9am-11:30am. Make sure you reference this guide when you visit the clinic.

This is a federally-supported Community Health Center, providing comprehensive primary and preventive health care services in areas of high need. Health centers provide health care regardless of your ability to pay and even if you have no health insurance. They provide a sliding fee program for low income families. This facility also offers the WIC Program (Nutrition for Women, Infants, and Children), children’s immunizations, and family planning. St. Francis Hospital is a non-profit hospital located in Greenville County. They offer a Community assistance program to uninsured residence of Greenville County regardless of family income. Those with incomes below 200% of the federal poverty line qualify for a 100% reduction of costs. Those with incomes above this threshold can still receive a reduction in costs based on a sliding scale system. Annual medical liability is limited to 15% of a family’s annual income.

Greenville Memorial is a nonprofit hospital that offers financial assistance to low income uninsured families. Patients may have income up to 400% if the federal poverty guidelines to apply. Regular income, home equity, and other taxable income and property are considered in the application process. A patient must have an outstanding bill before applying for financial assistance. Greenville Memorial does not deny service based on inability to pay.
